Isolate. Contain. Repair. Restore.

1. Talk you through isolation. We stay on the phone while you close the stopcock (usually under the kitchen sink), so the water stops before we've even left the depot.
2. Dispatch the nearest van. We track our vans live - whichever engineer is closest to you sets off immediately, with you receiving a text including their name and van reg.
3. Contain on arrival. Before anything else: stop the ingress, protect the property, move anything that's still at risk. First priority is limiting damage.
4. Diagnose the actual cause. Not just the burst, but why it burst. Freeze, wear, movement, water-hammer, bad joint. Recurring problems don't get fixed twice.
5. Repair with proper materials. Copper soldered or pushfit where appropriate, matching pipe diameter, neat runs. No temporary bodges unless you explicitly ask us to make it overnight-safe and return.
6. Full test before we leave. Pressure test, visual check, run every affected outlet. You sign the job sheet only when you're satisfied.
